Gift voucher sales conditions. The purchase of one or more gift vouchers has an express validity with an expiration date expressed in the purchase. The gift voucher can be given as a gift to a third party and the latter can use it by contacting the facility via email address and referring to the code of the gift voucher itself. The facility undertakes to allow the use of the gift voucher under the conditions that there is availability for the requested period or if there is availability for any lunch, dinner, tasting. The customer can choose the date they would like to book, but at the same time they are directly bound by any restrictions of the period (for example minimum stay) that could prevent a stay of just one night based on the value of the gift voucher; the user of the voucher can still book by inserting an integration to complete the booking. The availability to use the voucher will be given directly by the manager for a requested or recommended period. Any refund of the gift voucher for various reasons will not be accepted after 30 days from its purchase. The refund is calculated net of transaction costs.
