Since 1800, the ground floor has housed a renowned and large local olive oil mill. The structure has undergone subsequent modifications and expansions. Characteristic of the property is its rustic feel and attention to Sicilian rural traditions. The symbolism present beneath a wrought-iron pergola, where an ancient bell, symbolizing rural labor and the eye of providence, stands out. The chapel, located beneath the small bell tower, was rebuilt because the 19th-century farm once housed a small church where farmers and all those of good faith and devotion would gather for prayers and invocations to receive good fruits from the land after their hard work. The structure and interiors, constructed of stone, wood, wrought iron, and ceramic, evoke the charm of ancient rural times, all blended with a country-chic style.

The farmhouse is located 13 minutes from the beautiful town of Cefalù and on the border with the Madonie natural park where you can visit places and villages that offer enchanting and sensational cultural heritage rich in history such as the town of Castelbuono (place of residence of the Ventimiglia family in the feudal period and heart of the Madonie territory with typical medieval history).

The farmhouse has 9 rooms, including one accessible room. The rooms are furnished with simple, elegant country-chic furniture. Our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, private bathrooms, mini-fridges, hairdryers, TVs, linens, and toiletries to welcome guests in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms and spaces are inspired by rural elegance and tradition, where tranquility and nature reign supreme. Each room is named after a characteristic Sicilian flower.

The farmhouse is just 3.8 km from the beach in the municipality of Lascari, a small town steeped in authenticity and history in the Madonie region. The municipality of Lascari, a noble village of feudal origins, has its historical roots in the Middle Ages with the foundation of the ancient fortified hamlet of Santa Eufemia, dating back to the 12th and 13th centuries. It belonged first to the royals of Aragon and later to the barons of Ventimiglia.
